Terms of Service
Effective January 1, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of the wecopost service, accessible at app.wecopost.com, published by wecoprod. wecopost is a LinkedIn post scheduling tool designed to integrate with AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) via the MCP protocol.
2. Access to the service
Access to the service requires creating an account. Users agree to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. wecoprod reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of misuse.
3. Use of the service
Users agree to use wecopost in compliance with applicable laws and LinkedIn's terms of use. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- Post illegal, defamatory or misleading content
- Use the service for spam purposes
- Attempt to circumvent the technical limitations of the service
- Resell access to the service without authorization
4. Intellectual property
Content published by the user remains their property. wecoprod claims no rights over posts created through the service. The user grants wecoprod a limited license to store and transmit this content as part of the service.
5. Availability and maintenance
wecoprod strives to ensure 24/7 service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.
6. Liability
wecoprod cannot be held liable for publications made through the service, nor for service interruptions related to LinkedIn or third-party AI assistants. Users are solely responsible for the content they publish.
7. Term and termination
The contract is entered into for an indefinite period from the creation of the account. Users may cancel their account at any time from the application settings or by contacting sebastien@wecoprod.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately; data is deleted within 30 days.
For paid subscriptions, cancellation ends automatic renewal at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refunds are made unless legally required. wecoprod may terminate the contract without notice in case of breach of these Terms.
8. Amendments
wecoprod reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any material changes.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Marseille, France.
