Does Claude publish directly to my social networks?
No. Claude uses wecopost via MCP to schedule your posts. wecopost publishes to LinkedIn or Threads at the chosen time — your tokens never pass through Claude.
Are my accounts safe?
Yes. wecopost uses OAuth — we never store your passwords. Your access tokens are encrypted at rest with libsodium.
Can I attach an image to a post?
Yes. Ask Claude to upload an image using the uploadMedia tool, then schedule the post. The image is stored in wecopost and attached to the publication on your social networks.
Is wecopost free?
Yes. The free plan includes 5 posts per month with full MCP integration. The Pro plan (€9/month) allows up to 30 posts per month.
Do I need a Claude Pro subscription?
No, MCP integration works with Claude Free, Pro and Team. You just need access to Claude Desktop or claude.ai.
What is the difference between Claude Desktop and claude.ai?
Claude Desktop is configured via a local JSON file (claude_desktop_config.json). claude.ai lets you add MCP connectors directly from the web interface, no config file needed.
